Hot or Cold therapy?
New workout caused extremel stiff sore upper legs and thighs. 2 days later, trying to loosen up and find some relief. Crampy foot
So I noticed the last time I ran, my right foot was feeling crampy. Not sure if it is a stretching thing or what the issue was. It did work itself out about half way through my run, but it was not a fantastic feeling until then. Anyone have this issue or know how to prevent it for my next run?
