HRM question!!
So I bought a HRM last night and I used it today while I took a walk. I was pushing a stroller and walking 3.0-3.5 for an hour. I took my pulse about every 5 minutes. When I put in my work out into MFP it says I burned 281 calories but my HRM says I burned 866....I don't know which one to use! Some please help me!

I finally made! I haven't been in the 100s since almost a year ago (and that was only because i got really sick while i was pregnant with my son) its a 11lb loss for me but it feels AMAZING to be out of the 200s! deff motivation to keep up the work!!!

not feeling well
the joy of kids....my daughter has officially gotten me sick :frown: i don't feel like eating anything or exercising for that matter. so my question is...when your not feeling well do you suck it up and exercise anyways and force your self to eat something or do you just skip?

sugar overages
So lately I've been noticing that I'm going over on my sugar. Most of the sugar is coming from fruits/yogurt. I find that I'm not tracking it carefully and eliminated those thing from my diet to keep from going over....I was losing weight before so should i really be that concerned?

Swimming
So I've recently started adding swimming to my exercising regiment and when i plug it in it says that for 1 hour i'm burning around 500 calories. This is just leisurely swimming. That just seems like a high calorie burn to me....how accurate is it?

when you go grocery shopping what are your must buy healthy items....aside from fruits and veggies

i find that i have a hard time drinking straight water. I find myself grabbing a bottle of vitamin water zero instead....is this an okay option or should i just suck it up and drink some pure water :tongue:
