Increasing the weight
Hi, I'm new to Stronglifts 5x5 and I just started yesterday :) I've noticed that the weights at goodlife go up by 5 lbs not 2.5 lbs...so does this mean I should just increase the weight by 10 lbs after every TWO workout A's? I'm not sure what to do :(
