Prednisone
I will be put on Prednisone for roughly a month. I'm unsure on the dosage. i have heard weight gain can be a side effect. Any idea what i should expect with using it for a month? Any tips on avoiding this side effect?

Bench Press Help

Free weights etiquette?
Is it considered poor etiquette to do you lift right in front of weight that line the mirror? Essentially blocking these dumbells? Seems like common sense to me to work out far enough away from the mirror so people can still access the dumbells

Can someone point me to a good resource for an HIIT program/ how to do it properly/ how to get started with it? I understand the concept, but not how to actually do it as a workout. Workout frequency?
I just did my routine on Wednesday, and will be going out to town on Friday for the weekend. My question is, is it better to work out Wednesday and Thursday back to back then again on Monday, missing 3 days. Or use Thursday as the rest day that it should be and miss 4 days (Thursday to Sunday) and get back at it Monday? Or…

Today I will miss watching the Warriors playoff game in order to hit the gym tonight (stupid 5 o'clock start time!). Do anyone of you log the calories burned from your stronglifts routine? I have no idea how to even track this.
