If you have time id love some pointers, advice, recommendations or general thoughts on my diary. I'm pretty sure it's open to all.


I feel like im not really progressing like i want to and want to make any needed changes that may help.

I'm a 30 year old 6ft male who weighs 196 +/-

    Looks very similar to mine actually.. and I am shorter than you and weigh less.. I just noticed you don't log the weekends, you may want to as if your having cheat days.. those really can throw you off depending on goals.. so log em to see what your doing kinda thing.

    The first thing that stands out to me is that you're way below your goal of 1900 most days. You also don't appear to me tracking weekends, is that accurate?

    What kind of progress do you want to be making that you aren't? Is it just about weight loss or are you also looking for performance gains?

    TH un-tracked weekends are a recent anomaly. I have had multiple weddings and vacations and other such events that have thrown me off the past few weeks in regards to weekends. If you were to go back further i think you would see most weekends logged.

    I was losing pretty well and was down to 191. But i have started gaining back (I know this is because of these past weekends, which will be changing now that i dont have all these get aways on the weekends).
