Do you burn off calories being a waiter?
I work at pizza hut (which probably explains why im using this site) and just wonderd if you burn calories and what i should put it as on this website, today i worked 3pm-10pm which about 2 hours of busy periods, will this help me loose weight~?

What matters more?
So usually as a rule i come under calorie i consume at the moment around 1200 a day, but usually go over protein or carbs, which is the worst should i try 0 everything or just continue.

Best Calorie burning exercises
At the moment i current use a stationary bike as my calorie burner i usually go on it for 30-35 mins and burn of around 375 calories, is there any other ideas that are as effective as the bike at burning calories.

Ive gained weight over night?
Okay so yesterday wasnt my best day i exercised alot and ended up eating food i shouldnt of done but my weight has shot up from 85.4 to 87.1 kg this morning any ideas why? Is it permenant or just body digestion taking more time due to eating junk food.
