I am currently weighing in at 99.8kg and im only 5'9 saying that my bones are larger then most which a lot of my family have (my uncle is an ex professional rugby player i have the same bone structure as him). I am currently going to the gym 4 times a week eating a 2 egg mushroom omlette a day, fish or chicken with veg dish in the evening and a ham sandwhich with a bannana and low fat yougurt for dinner, am i doing it right?

You look fine in your picture (:
Honestly though, muscle weighs more than fat. I'm stuck sort of the same position though I'm 5'8"
What do you do when going to the gym? Like "30 minutes on treadmill, 45 minutes stair-master, ect"
Also, it is healthier to eat at least 4 hrs before you go to sleep, and to get at least 6 hours of sleep. It helps control cravings and promotes weight loss. Another tip is to use egg whites instead of the whole egg. 1 large egg has around 6g of protein, and more than half of that comes from the whites.
Hope this helps!
Good luck x0
