how are you determining a healthy weight range?
Just curious how people are determining their weight goals. According to the BMI calculator I should weigh between 111-140. I'm 5'5 but dont think thats a realistic weight for me. I have my goal set at 150 but how everyone else is setting their goals.

too many or too few calories?
I do bootcamp for 1 hour a day 3 days a week (450-500 calories burned per session) and run 3-4 days per week. MFP calculates that I should be consuming 1280 calories per day. I don’t usually have a problem sticking to that and I eat back most of my fitness calories. I have been losing .5lbs per week. Should I have more…

MFP has been great! It really kicked started my weight loss but now that I'm down to the last 10lbs nothing is happening. How should I label myself activity wise? I work at a desk all day however I do bootcamp for 60 minutes 3xs a week and I also run or walk for 30minutes 2-3 times a week? we make plans to walk at lunch and she ends up taking 20 minutes to get ready to go....i tell her im eating in for lunch and everyday she is asking me to go out. Its becoming really frustrating and without going into the story of my office its really hard to distance myself from her. HELP!!!
