activity level?

How should I label myself activity wise? I work at a desk all day however I do bootcamp for 60 minutes 3xs a week and I also run or walk for 30minutes 2-3 times a week? Not sure which to pick and there seems to be a big calorie difference between the choices. Im afraid to pick to little and go into starvation mode or too much and gain weight. Thanks!

Agreed sedentary and log workouts. I just had that question last week. I learned I had my activity level too high. Since I changed it I lost 2lbs
Good luck!0 -
Honestly? I based my activity level on my job. I work in retail and am on my feet for anywhere between 5-9 hours a day/5 days a week. I don't log ANY of my calories from work anymore since I changed my activity level on here. I do, however, log ALL gym calories. Since I have mine set at active, I also don't log slow paced walks, house cleaning, etc. I figure those are already figured into my caloric intake for the day.0
