Hey! So technically if you eat 7 days worth of calories in a day, then fast for 6 days You would still lose 1lbs? (And that was just an example, im not gonna do it myself :D )

Hey! This is just an example, if you would eat a weeks worth of calories in 1 day and fasted the remaining 6 days, would you still lose weight if you dont go over your weekly goal? (Im not going to do it btw, just an example :D )

1.2 activity factor completely sedentary
Hey! Does the 1.2 activity factor count if you are completely sedentary? Like the only movement you have is only to the kitchen,bathroom,etc and spend most of the day sitting in front of a computer and lying in bed.

Tdee when sitting all day
Hey! Calculated my bmr to be 1678 and tdee 2013 using the sedentary activity level. Now the thing is, i dont go outside at all, my only movement is walking around my house. So how can i burn over 300 calories more than my bmr by doing nothing?

Can it take a year or more to lose the last bit of belly fat
Many people say it always takes 2-3 months to lose the fat,etc but its taking me many months, is it possible it might even take a year or more to lose it? Im 142 lbs

Do i eat below BMR? Sedentary
Im completely sedentary, no movement, only to the fridge,bathroom, etc. Then its okay to eat below my bmr to lose weight since its the amount of calories you burn a day if you're just sitting all day? So why do people say its still bad to eat below it? That always annoys me and need some closure on this :)

My bmr is 1700 and im completely sedentary, no activity at all. People say you're not supposed to eat below it but since i pretty much just sit all day then its okay right?

I dont mean like super ripped 6 pack abs i mean to get a normal flat belly do you need to eat clean or can i eat junk everyday?
