Does the 1.2 activity factor count if you are completely sedentary?
Like the only movement you have is only to the kitchen,bathroom,etc
and spend most of the day sitting in front of a computer and lying in bed.

Yes. Are you thinking your total daily burn should be closer to your BMR (factor of 1.0, or no factor)? I think the 1.2 considers that we do move around some in the day. BMR is for like bodily processes only, no muscle use even to remain sitting. Do you think it's too high for you? It could be.0
