I refer to most of it as salmonella on a stick but I have to have an elephant ear or funnel cake. Anyone know what the calorie count is on one of those?? I'm guessing I'll have a massive cheat day in my future.

If I try to set my goal at anything more than .5lb a wk my calories drop down to 1200. I tried this for about a week and it made me feel like HELL!! Sugar goal
Anyone go over their sugar goal? I seem to be consistently over on a daily basis cause I love my fruit. As soon as I enter my strawberries I get the dreaded yellow box saying I went over my goal of 55 grams of sugar

How accurate was everyones projected 5 wk weight?? The one you get after completing your entry for the day.

Figured my own TDEE (I think)
I used my first 7 days since I lost like 3 lbs (even though it was that TOM) I added calorie intake for each day then added the 3500 and divided by 7. I also did it for my second week and each time I got about 1500. MFP has me at 1200 for 2lb loss a week and I'm having a hard time getting it since I'm not hungry. Who knows…

Calorie count only or...
Do you only pay attention to calorie count or do you also pay attention to everything else? I'm stuck on the fact that although I'm mostly under my 1240 calories I have a lot of carbs.

Lacking calories but I'm full
I just started all this tracking stuff so I have no idea whats going on. MFP says to eat 1240 calories yet my lose it! app says 1500. I can't really reach either goal! I'm use to eating one huge horribly unhealthy meal a day and snacking on junk the rest of the day so I'm sure I was easily eating thousands of calories…
