Sugar goal

Anyone go over their sugar goal? I seem to be consistently over on a daily basis cause I love my fruit. As soon as I enter my strawberries I get the dreaded yellow box saying I went over my goal of 55 grams of sugar

You're getting 55 grams of sugar in your strawberries? That's a lot of strawberries.

I didn't say it was JUST strawberries. It happens as soon as I enter them and I eat them every night

If you don't have diabetes and if eating fruit doesn't make you go over calories from making you hungry, eat the fruit. It's good for you. Don't stress the sugar.

I'm a total carb lover too. I can't get enough of them.

Same here. I love fruits and I eat 3-5 fruits every day. No impact on my weight loss or gains.

My bad ones are Sugar and Sodium. I need to eat less sodium but it's really hard.

I go over on sugar and carbs pretty much everyday as well. Guess I'll see how it ends up effecting me, if at all..

i wish there were a way to count complex sugars and simple sugars separately. the simple sugars in fruit aren't going to harm you as long as you eat in moderation. a bowl of strawberries each night is not the sugar you need to worry about. the bad sugars are the complex ones in processed foods.

try not to worry too much about your sugar levels as long as you're not eating a bunch of chocolate or something.
