It Finally Happened
Yesterday, in a crowd of 20 people I see once a month for a meeting, one of them came up to me after and said "have you been losing weight" I said "Yes, thanks for noticing, you just made my day!". Loathe the scales at the Doctor office!
Why is it that all scales at the Doctor add on an extra 10 lbs? I know that clothes and shoes account for some of that weight, but it is frustrating to see such differences in home scales versus those at the doctors!
