I'm just about to start. Don't know what to eat!0

I didn't know anything about this so looked it up.
Seems completely unnecessary. Why not just eat regular food and weigh and log it?4 -

Eat food you like. Eat some food you think is healthy. Log it. Hit your calorie goal. Win.3 -

Its literally just a tool, no different than using a food scale and logging it. It's no less unnecessary than using a food sale and tracking calories.
And yes, it's a bit expensive and probably has some erroneous rules, but that doesn't mean it won't teach you portion control or how to focus on better foods.
And let's face it, any system that will teach you to make better decisions and set you up for success, is beneficial.1 -
I did the 21 day fix, and it is another method for people to learn portion control.
Some people don't like to count calories and find the container system helpful. As psulemon says, it is another system that will teach you to make better decisions. With this said, it works for some people but not for others.
I started now again, but I am only doing the workouts because I need a break from heavy lifting. The workouts are good for beginners.0 -
I don't have an issue with 21 Day Fix but OP is obviously a "coach" touting for business..........3
