Low carb versus low calorie
I recently lost 17 pounds on low carb (not keto) diet (over 6 mo). I have now hit a plateau for about 6 weeks, although I have stayed within my calorie limit. Would It be okay to switch from low carb to low calorie to start losing again.

Do you count the food and oil both, or is the category "fried food" caloric count inclusive of food and oil.

How many calories??/
If we can't eat all the calories set for us per day, how many calories must we eat before going into starvation mode. I currently am on 1560 per day. I read on one of the messages that it was 1200, but can't find that message again. Does anyone know and where can I find the information?

What time of day is the best time to weigh yourself (dressed or undressed)? Also, as you lose weigh, are we suppose to adjust our weight profile on MFP?

Any "seniors" out there trying to lose weight
