Nearly there...
So, I'm nearly towards my goal weight, with only 2-3kg left to lose. Anddd.. I'm losing motivation. This week I've averaged around 1800kcal whereas "normally" I'm averaging around 1300kcal. Will this make me gain loads of weight later and impede my weight loss? >< Someone help

Hey! Do any of you have any reliable apps for calculating calories burned/steps walked/how long you've worked etc? I'm currently using Pedometer on Android Google Play Store - but I'm not sure how reliable it is Thanks!

Question about Calories, TDEE, etc.
Hi, I've been tracking my calories for almost a month now to lose a bit of weight (around 8kg) My BMR is 1410, my TDEE is 1692. I've been averaging about 1100-1200 calories and I don't exercise.
