I am about to purchase Ripped in 30 DVD. Can I still get great results if I just do 3 work outs a week? woke up in the middle of night - STARVING!
Has anyone ever been so hungry that they have woke up? I go to bed hungry, a lot. Most of the time I sleep through it but not last night. Woke up at 1:30 am wtih a splitting headache and grumbly tummy. :grumble: I ate something but I didn't want to. Counted it with my breakfast. Does this happen to anyone else?
