Thanksgiving lesson/confession

Learned a few things yesterday:

1. I am very blessed and very thankful for my family (we had a very nice day).
2. If I don't "write it when I bite it" I am leaving myself open to a lot of tempation to over eat (which I did.... in abundance). :(
3. I need to be faithful to recording calories on mfp EVEN during holidays!!! No excuses just write it down.

I hope it went well for all of you out there! I'm in forgiveness mode right now and starting over. :) I think I have learned my lesson as I head into Christmas!

Thanksgiving blessings to you all.

It is so easy to lose track of what we put in our mouth if we don't record it. My day was ok, but I did felt tempted many time and keep remwmering how far I still have to go.

EeeeeK!! So surprised when I got on the scale this morning (after that indulgent Thanksgiving)....I LOST a pound!!!!!!!! Can't believe it. another lesson learned.... As soon as you mess up - GET BACK ON TRACK AND START RECORDING YOUR CALORIES (DON'T GIVE UP BECAUSE OF ONE DAY THAT YOU MESSED UP).
