met a fitness goal

My weight has been staying the same for about 5 weeks. It goes up and down by 1lb but that is about it! This is frustrating BUT I am proud to announce that I met a fitness goal that I set for myself in February. I took 21 JAZZERCISE classes in 17 days!! They wanted us to do it in 21 days but I was determined to get it done quicker!

Happy and excited and feeling strong. :)

    That is awesome, Jazzercise is one tough workout, but fun!!! So happy for you. I keep losing and finding that same one pound too, but other really great things are happening to my body so I'm still going strong!!!

    THANKS for the encouragement!! I'm trying to stay strong even though my weight is staying the same. I measured myself today!! I have lost 1 inch off my hips, and 1/2 inch off each thigh and 1/2 inch off my waist!! That is since 12/0511. So excited!!
