Hi everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself. I having been using myfitnesspal since Monday. I need to lose 10 pounds. Over the past 3 years the weight has creeped up on me and I need to stop the creeping NOW! I'm a stay-at-home mom with 5 kids. I love to walk and Jazzercise. I've always struggled with my weight (my last pregnancy I gained 100 pounds). As as 12 year old I joined Weight Watchers (back in the day when we had to eat liver once a week - yuck) and lost 25 pounds. My goals are to not eat liver
, eat more fruits and veggies, lose 10 lbs, Jazzercise 3-4 days a week, and be a good example for my kids. Glad to be here!!
