How do I make the most of my annual physical?
I have a physical scheduled this week with my primary care doc. This will be the first appointment since I started making diet and exercise changes 5 months ago. Any tips for questions or tests? Anything beyond cholesterol and sugar checks?

Zumba: use fitbit info or manually enter into MFP?
I'm taking my first zumba class tonight. Should I just let fitbit do its thing since there are sure to be many steps? Or would it be more accurate to enter zumba into MFP and override the steps?

How often to adjust calorie targets?
I'm still losing weight at the target I set 20 lbs ago (first 10 lbs were lost with WW). Today MFP advised me to adjust it down to compensate for new weight. Do I really need to as long as I'm still losing weight? For what its worth, it is fairly conservative to begin with, 1390 for my 210 lbs. And I've been able to adhere…

Comfortable waterproof shoes
Its that time of year- fall soccer starts soon for my 8 year old. The fields are cool and wet with dew for morning practices and games. Last year I wore rubber rainboots with warm socks- great for the fields, but terrible for when I took off on walks to keep the 1 year old busy. My foot arches killed me in less than five…

Information on pocket food scales
I'm new enough to counting calories that I still don't have a great handle on what represents a serving of some things. The biggest tricks to me are at restaurants: is that slice of cheese on my sandwich really only 1 oz? Is that serving of chicken in my burrito bowl really a single serving? So, I'd appreciate any tips on…

Serving size of pizza?
I don't own a food scale (yet) and had a slice of brick oven, thin-crust pizza last night. I can find information for calories (or even ww points) on a serving size of pizza (78g) but I cannot visualize what this is. I'd like to record what I ate properly, but I don't know if the slice I had was one serving or two. I even…
