I am so sick of caring about how much I eat
There is pulled pork in the fridge and buns on the counter, and I am about ready to stuff my face. But no. Of course I had a sandwich earlier today and it was way more calories than I had thought when I got it. And what I logged was STILL an estimate so it could have been even higher! Most days I stay around 1200-1300…

Rice Serving Size
I got a bag of sushi rice today and it's 150 calories for 1/4 cup of rice. I'm wondering if that's meant to be measured before or after cooking?

The best way to get a flat stomach when losing weight?
I'm currently trying to lose weight and one of my biggest goals is to have a flat stomach/visible abs. I have NEVER had this, even when I was 14 and 120lbs. So what's the best way to go about it? I'm trying to build myself up to being able to jog but my biggest source of exercise is currently hiking and "swimming" (mostly…

Adding your own recipes to the food section of MFP?
I'm making chicken soup right now and it would be so much easier if I could just add the whole recipe and figure out the serving size calories from there. Otherwise I just have to individually list each ingredient and estimate how much of each ended up in my bowl.

Losing weight but not seeing a difference?
I've apparently lost 10 lbs so far and I still don't see any difference. I've lost 1 inch around my waist and that could be the difference between measuring first thing in the morning and being bloated at night. So what's going on??

Is 1200 calories okay?
I'm 5'7 and 181 lbs and hoping to lose 2 lbs per week to a total of 45 lost, for reference. A while ago I went off seroquel, and during the time I was on it I gained about 30 lbs. Now that I'm off it my appetite has plummeted and I'm using that as a way to get in shape/lose the weight I'd gained (and a little extra if…

Rethinking my goals
My original weight goals were to hit my pre-seroquel weight of 155 lbs, and then work toward a lower 135 lbs. Today I've been rethinking it, and considering sticking with getting down to 155 (maybe 145-150??) and then focus more on muscle tone and maintenance. I feel this would be a less stressful and possibly healthier…

Any way to prevent breasts sagging from weight loss?
I'm only 19 but thanks to my extremely large breast (36 I cup) and rapid weight gain, they're already far from perky. I realise that aside from surgery there is nothing that can be done to turn back gravity, but I'm wondering if there is anything I can do to prevent the sagginess worsening when I lose weight.

What to do with leftover ricotta?
I made veggie lasagna last night and only used 1 cup of ricotta, so I still have like half the tub of it left. I have only ever used ricotta for lasagna and have no idea what else to do with it. Anyone have any ideas?

MFP doesn't count strength training against daily calories??
I did 50 crunches, 50 squats, and 15 pushups. I sure that would equal to more than 0 calories burned. What's the deal?
