Honestly that behaviour is borderline abusive and your family should not be treating you, or anyone else, that way. Remind yourself that what matters is how YOU feel and not how your family is telling you to feel. Best of luck ♥

Yeah!! So I can eat 6000 calories of vegetables everyday and not gain weight!! That's totally how it works.

1000 calories a day is not healthy or sustainable, and you'll be far better off eating more. If you can check with a doctor, if you can't try not to eat less than 1200 a day. My doctor said 1200-1500 was a good range for weight loss for me.

But calling someone stupid IS mean. As someone who has tried juicing, I agree, it doesn't help you lose weight in the long run and is definitely bad for you. That doesn't mean calling people who do it stupid is called for or reasonable.

I actually did, but I know it is not always possible. It depends a lot on how long they've been there. When I was 14 I developed big purple stretch marks on my breasts, and used cocoa butter to get rid of them. They completely disappeared.

You may not be able to get rid of them totally but you can decrease their appearance by using cocoa butter. I'm specifically using palmers cocoa butter skin therapy oil. I wear makeup to workout when I feel like it, which is also what I do every other day. I don't wear it every day, just when I feel like making myself extra cute, and that sometimes includes workout days.

I'd also say start cooking! Join your parents in the kitchen and help cook dinner. You know exactly what's going in it that way, and I find cooking really enjoyable actually.

I try to do it fridays first thing, but I do it periodically throughout the week as well. I only update my weight once a month when I get weighed by my doctor though.

That's my goal too!! I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding in mid october, and I want to be able to wear a sexy halloween costume as well. 175 lbs currently and hoping to get to 155 by halloween.

19 year old lady here Just started about 3-4 weeks ago, and though I've apparently lost almost 10 lbs (not entirely sure about my starting weight 185 or a little lighter), I can't actually "see" a difference yet. I think cocoa butter would help at least a bit, as well as drinking a lot of water. I've heard building muscle can help as well. I'm hoping the loose skin thing won't be too much of a problem for me but we'll see how it goes o.o

For weight loss, no it won't hinder your progress. For actual health, yes it will. I'm taking it one step at a time though. Still eating junk food just trying to reduce it and stop myself from binging on it is the first step. And it's always better if you can do home made.

Had my doctors appointment today. She said 1200-1500 will be good for weight loss even if I'm working out so I guess I'm fine!

I tried to do one and felt like passing out on day 3. I was so depressed it was awful. My boyfriend made me eat. I wouldn't really recommend them if you care about being healthy, but regardless stay safe and drink as much juice as you can ♥

I definitely wouldn't get implants even if I did decide to get surgery, I would get a breast lift if I could ever afford it, but unfortunately I doubt I will ever have $6000 to spare. Implants are more expensive and have higher risks so are defintiely not worth it to me.
