When and how often?

When ( what time of day) and how often (daily, once a week etc) do you weigh yourself?

Second thing on Monday morning. I don't weigh myself during the week because weight fluctuates from day to day.

    This.

I also weigh on Monday morning as soon as I wake up, then log it in my fitness journal next to my macros for the week.

I try to do it fridays first thing, but I do it periodically throughout the week as well. I only update my weight once a month when I get weighed by my doctor though.

Every Saturday and Sunday, first thing in the morning, before eating or drinking anything.

I occasionally weigh myself at random times during the week just to see how much my weight fluctuates due to water weight, but I never stress out over those numbers.

Three or four times a day, however I like to have a large collection of information regarding the normal fluctuations of my weight in a day/ week - etc. I only log a weight loss when I start to regularly hang out in a lower weight range.
