I'm currently trying to lose weight and one of my biggest goals is to have a flat stomach/visible abs. I have NEVER had this, even when I was 14 and 120lbs. So what's the best way to go about it? I'm trying to build myself up to being able to jog but my biggest source of exercise is currently hiking and "swimming" (mostly I just tread water). I do minor strength training like squats, crunches, push-ups/dolphin push-ups, and things using 5 lbs weights. I'm wondering if this is enough and what more I can do to reach my goal?

Have smaller size meals.I eat 6 times a day because then I get all my food in without being bloated.Personally I'd do more weight lifting too.Abs aren't so much made visible by doing sit ups etc but by lowering body fat0
