How do stop losing weight
I'm almost at my goal weight (only about 6 pounds left). When I'm done I'm going to switch my settings to maintain weight. Any tips on how to get to a good level of maintaing opposed to losing?

How often do you have a cheat day?
I usually do one every other Friday. But today I'm going to eat pizza (not a lot, and it fits in my day) I'm thinking of having a weekly cheat day now that I'm almost to my final goal of 40-41 pounds down. I've lost 33. So how often is your cheat day?

Calories in pizza?
I'm going to an Italian pizza place (not a chain). I'm struggling to find how many calories it will be. It is going to be pepperoni and sausage pizza. I found one that is 385 calories a slice. Does this sound about right to you?

Sick after cheat day
I had my first cheat day today, 3 weeks in. (Papa Johns pizza). I managed to stay under calorie goal too. But now I feel horrible. Very nauseous. Is this just from the horrible food? Do you have this problem?

Can't get over the hump
For almost a week I've been stuck at about 9-9.5 pounds lost. I can't seem to break over the 10 pound barrier. Have you had stretches like this were you got stuck, despite the fact that you are meeting all goals?

Setting up rewards for milestones.
I'm really close to my first big milestone, 10 pounds down. As a reward for my self, I'm going to treat myself to my favorite candy, GUMMI bears! (I'm going to eat a reasonable amount). Have you done this for milestones? I feel it will help me to keep going

Stuck at a stand still
In the last 3 days I felt that I did really well. I reached my goals, exercised, and felt great. Despite that, I've only lost .2 pounds in this stretch. Have you gotten stuck at stand stills like this? I've heard I should just focus on how I feel, and not on what the scale says. Is this true?

I know that if I'm under to much it's not good, but if I'm under every once in a while will I be fine? I don't want to eat just to raise my calories, you know? I'm at about 1000 for the day but I am full

I'm new to my diet. I'm a week in and doing great. Been short on my calories, lost weight and feel better. Would it be bad if I were to have a cookie from Subway today? My calories would still be short.

Healthiest Fast Food salad?
I offer find my self having to eat fast food due to time constraints. Now that I'm eating healthy, I go with salads. Which salads would be the healthiest and taste well? My favorites are the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad at Wendy's or the Double Chopped Chicken Salad from subway.
