excess skin removal
Watched a show last night on TLC about some folks that were morbibly obese, lost a lot of weight with bypass surger and had a lot of excess skin. The show tracked them going through surgery to remove the skin. Man, that was brutal to watch. Kudos to anybody who has gone through that...but man what they have to go through…

Trying to quit
I started second hand smoking about 6 months ago, just out of boredom. Now I'm trying to quit. I've cut down from 6 people a day to 3 but I'm struggling to get below that. Anybody else have any success giving up second hand smoking?

Deleted Friends
Got a wild hair yesterday and deleted all my friends. I was angry at myself for not having a good weeked and for being a slug in general. I have a hard enough time supporting myself and all my own life dramas and crap. Didnt feel like dealing with other peoples issues too. hhmmm....
