Anybody wanna trade jobs? I sit all day and review and inspect financial documents for the goverment for improper payments, fraud, collusion. Boring.....

    Hmmm, well I see patients in a medical setting for the government and get them ready to deploy.

    I make sure oil/gas drill bits are repaired in a timely fashion so we can tear more into our nonrenewable resources for a coporate giant that was involved in the BP oil spill!
    Bleh. I'd totally trade. But you'd still be on your *kitten* all day.

    I create meal plans for sick patients who cannot eat normally (Cancer, AIDS, Post-Op, etc.)...sometimes I get too emotionally attached, but sorry, I wouldn't trade it for anything!

    No thanks. I am a home care nurse and get to be out and about all day. Would not trade my job for all the $$.

    Let's trade! I sit and inspect financial documents for my company all day, and try to figure out how to squeeze out a little profit with all of the government regulations and taxes that are imposed on small businesses these days. :explode:

    you can have mine, but it's just as boring...i work as an office admin for a really small land surveying company. As we speak my eyes are rolling in the back of my head...thank goodness I'm awesome at typing.

    I sit in my office in the basement 5 feet from TV (goes on mute during conf calls) dealing with all sorts of Logistics and Supply Chain problems. Average 5 hours of conf calls a day.

    Be happy to let someone else have some fun.

    Which job? I'm currently working FOUR!

    1) Independent designer for the Arts & Crafts industry (I LOVE THIS JOB, but it doesn't pay enough yet)
    2) Personal Assistant to a Mortgage Planner and his family (I take care of his elderly parents... alot)
    3) Demonstrate sausage (keep it clean guys!) on the weekends (36hrs in 3 days!) at Costco stores
    4) Casino dealer for late night casino parties around town (I love this one too!)

    Anybody wanna trade my FOUR for your ONE? Hehehee

    I dont think I wanna trade jobs either... I am an officer for a construction company in St. Louis, MO, and I love it. I started our 13 yrs ago answering the phones part time and now I run the company :) I work in an all male field, but am good at what I do and am respected for it :)

    I'll keep mine :) I'm a childrens librarian assistant. Which means I sort and shelve books all day while doing programs and dealing with children!

    I love working for Delta Air Lines. It's a great job! Going on 12 years this August. Each day is different ...never boring!
    Hectic some days ..but for the most part don't regret my career choice! Sorry ..no trades here either :)

    If anybody want to trade, I am an importer for a wholesale company, I place orders for containers of stuff from China (from cookware to motorcycle acessories,beddding,etc...)and have to deal daily with Crazy Chinese Suppliers and their broken english & US Customs issues.
    Not only that but apparently any issue in the company is an "import Dept" issue and it always end-up in my desk. FUN!

    I sub. Nothing quite as exciting as sitting and watching the same 40 minutes of the 7 hour long PBS made for tv movie of The Scarlet Letter 5 times in a row.

    Or, extra exciting when you do 6 hours of special ed resource (re: sitting in a room with 2 students as they listen to their ipod for the period) and was in a hurry that morning and forgot a book, you ran out of yarn and your ipod died so you have nothing left to do but sit there and stare off into space all day.

    I am a wife support system for my much better half's one woman consulting business. I keep the annoying parts of the business at bay so she can concentrate on making me, oops, us money :-)
    Oh and I will do strategic IT consulting if I really have to. But, no, I would not trade this gig, sorry.

    Just was out in Stillwater in December! It was nice, but I kinda like being less than an hour to the Ocean!
