Being consistent....
I've been doing the Cize workout by Shaun T for nearly a month. But I haven't been so consistent. I've been starting over. I get to the second week and fall off.... Just wondering what do you do to help you stay consistent with your workout regimen?

I have about 80+ lbs to lose. What are some ways to avoid it? And if it begins to appear is there any workouts to use to help get rid of loose skin?

My Workout for home, is it too simple??

I am having such hard time keeping the motivation.... So today I decide to start up Focus T25 and I have my before and after results from the first round and hopefully my starting 2nd round before photos keeps me motivated...... What do you do to stay motivated?

When I normally go to the gym I do the same thing over and over and spend no more than 2 hrs there. I guess you can say, I focus more on cardio. I do the treadmill for 15 minutes (warm-up), elliptical for 30 minutes, and the 30 minute workout room. 15 minute bike is my last workout...I go to planet fitness. I think my body…
