Being consistent....

I've been doing the Cize workout by Shaun T for nearly a month. But I haven't been so consistent. I've been starting over. I get to the second week and fall off.... Just wondering what do you do to help you stay consistent with your workout regimen?

    Maybe it is not fun? Fitness is should be fun and inspiring. Have you thought of indoor rock climbing, swimming, hiking or mountain biking?

    Honestly, to stay consistent, I have to switch it up. Doing the same program bores me to pieces.
