I just recently started my brand new job. This is my 1st time working full time, so I now have a lunch break. What kind of things should I pack to eat? and if it doesnt need do be refrigerated thats a plus!! :]

Im kinda confused.. the scale at the gym says i lost 4 pounds and i was happy until i got home and went on my home scale and saw that i actually gained (which sucked to see seeing as all i do is cardio 5 days a week 20-30 mins a day) so my question is, which scale do I believe and go with?
