Healthy/ Low Cal Carne Asada Recipe

Just trying to give my mom a good healthy recipe for carne asada for dinner tonight if possible. Any ideas? :)

    haha, what's so hard, some lean meat, and some salsa... maybe a "FEW" corn tortillas.

    Lean thinly-cut meat grilled, or pan-cooked with just a smidge of olive oil. Keep the salt to a minimum, and just enjoy the flavor of the beef. On the side, a nice pico de gallo (dices tomato, onion, cilantro and jalapeno -- if you like the heat). Guacamole is always good on the side too.

    Good grief, I'm getting hungry now...

    umm tuff one, b/c carne asada is red meat, not so healthy... is a lean cut?... add some peppers, onions and tomatoes (this is the healthy part)..

    This is how I do mine..
    Top Sirloin

    Marinade ( I do this the night before but you guys can do it whenever) :
    less sodium kikkoman soy sauce
    cilantro
    lemon juice
    lime juice
    pinch black pepper
    minced garlic

    Grill
    Measure out 4oz and BAM!!

    My recipe per serving comes out to 208 calories/ 374 sodium

    nothing is hard about it, i just want to help her make something new, seeing as she just cooks it and serves it with a side. its noce to try something exciting with a plain dish every once in a while.
