haha, what's so hard, some lean meat, and some salsa... maybe a "FEW" corn tortillas.0

Lean thinly-cut meat grilled, or pan-cooked with just a smidge of olive oil. Keep the salt to a minimum, and just enjoy the flavor of the beef. On the side, a nice pico de gallo (dices tomato, onion, cilantro and jalapeno -- if you like the heat). Guacamole is always good on the side too.
Good grief, I'm getting hungry now...0 -
umm tuff one, b/c carne asada is red meat, not so healthy... is a lean cut?... add some peppers, onions and tomatoes (this is the healthy part)..0

This is how I do mine..
Top Sirloin
Marinade ( I do this the night before but you guys can do it whenever) :
less sodium kikkoman soy sauce
cilantro
lemon juice
lime juice
pinch black pepper
minced garlic
Grill
Measure out 4oz and BAM!!
My recipe per serving comes out to 208 calories/ 374 sodium0 -
nothing is hard about it, i just want to help her make something new, seeing as she just cooks it and serves it with a side. its noce to try something exciting with a plain dish every once in a while.0
