Ive always had pretty big/muscular thighs. they are my biggest issue on my self esteem. i would like to tone them and make them smaller or at least get rid of any fat i have now. Will the bike and/or elliptical make them get toned or just get more bigger and muscular? my dad says it wont make them bigger but i just wanna make sure. is anyone knowledgeable about this type of thing? if so, please help me

nd if they will make them bigger, what kind of cardio can I do at the gym so they will get smaller?

    I spin 3-5 times a week and run. I've noticed that my thighs have slimmed and toned a lot! I was scared that the bike would bulk them up too, but it really tones them nicely. Good luck!

    the bike and/or elliptical should help tone. It's quite difficult for women to bulk up like men do. Alot of women are scared of bulking up. It's got something to do with testosterone, and we dont have enough of it in our bodies to do that.
