and i see everyone making their own creations and knowing the nutrition facts for the recipe they created. i took this recipie:

Place tomatoes cut-side up on a baking sheet. Top with Parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil and bake until the tomatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
Nutrition
Per serving: 91 calories; 6 g fat ( 2 g sat , 4 g mono ); 4 mg cholesterol; 6 g carbohydrates; 3 g protein; 2 g fiber; 375 mg sodium; 363 mg potassium.

and i changed it a little i used this amount and ingredients instead

You can enter all of the ingredients into the recipe section and put in how many servings you got from it. Then it'll tell you all of the nutritional info per serving amount.

You can do it here, as mentioned. Another option is
    http://caloriecount.about.com/cc/recipe_analysis.php?process=resubmit&count=3

The nice thing about this site, is that you can copy and paste the entire recipe, without having "add ingredient" for each individual item. I haven't found another recipe analyzer that makes it so easy! I used to be on caloriecount.about.com, but they didn't have an app for my phone, so I've tried a few other since then. MFP is my fave, but I still use the recipe analyzer above. Especially if I'm making something for the first time, and am not sure I'll like it enough to make it again.
