Im kinda confused..
the scale at the gym says i lost 4 pounds and i was happy until i got home and went on my home scale and saw that i actually gained (which sucked to see seeing as all i do is cardio 5 days a week 20-30 mins a day)
so my question is, which scale do I believe and go with?

Whichever one you have been using consistently. Weigh in on the same scale every week.0

Yes, I agree. And at the same time of day.0

You should probably choose one and go only by that one. You can always invest in a new one if the one you've got at home is fairly old. I absolutely love my WW scale that I purchased at target for about $25. It seems to be pretty accurate every time. At my drs office it'll say I weigh about 3 lbs more but I don't get bummed about that anymore I stick to the number on my home scale. :bigsmile:0

weigh something that you know the weight of... a barbell, a brand new bag of flour or sugar. that will tell you if your home scale is accurate.0

Weigh in on the same scale otherwise you are bound to get varying numbers. I weigh in once a month at my doctors office. Other than that I go by how I am feeling and how my clothes fit. Otherwise I drive myself crazy worrying about the numbers.0

Use the same scale everytime you weigh yourself.0
