I have upped my calories to lose 1/2lb a week as I am within 10lbs of my goal, do you think this is a good idea, or should I move it back to 1lb a week?? I find that I am hungry if I stick to the 1lb a week calorie goal, as well as eating the exercise calories I have. Suggestions please????
I started tracking these twonutrients in my daily food diary and have noticed, I am never even close to being at the level MFP reccomends. SO I am looking for ways to add more to my diet, so can you guys help me out? P.S. Not a big bananna fan, so I dont get potassium from eating them!! Thanks
