Potassium and Calcium

Options
I started tracking these twonutrients in my daily food diary and have noticed, I am never even close to being at the level MFP reccomends. SO I am looking for ways to add more to my diet, so can you guys help me out?

P.S. Not a big bananna fan, so I dont get potassium from eating them!!

Thanks

Potatoes for the potassium and string cheese for the calcium. I'm low on calcium so try to eat cheese and yogurt every day.

Or even easier, have 8 ounces of fat free milk.

Cantelope has 427mg of potassium per cup.

Yogourt and cottage cheese for calcium too.

Also check out this link in the forum.

And I found this page when I searched for calcium alternatives. Dairy is at the top but there are lots of others further down.

Orange juice with calcium. Kill two birds with one stone.

I'm taking caltrate chewables for extra calcium (per my doctor who was all "Ok, you're 39 now. I want you getting 1200mg of calcium a day. 600 in the morning and 600 in the evening.") - though with my orange juice I'm always over on calcium. Ha!
