50lbs Gone Forever.....before/after

Wanted to post some before and after pictures, the first one was last summer at my SW of 220 and the next one is from September at 170 lbs, 50lbs lost!!

Since that picture, I have lost another three pounds, so seven more to go until my goal weight, then to reacess!!!
