I have always tried to plan my day out the evening before - so that i have all my meals as well as a snack between breakfast/lunch and lunch/supper. Try that and then if you do for whatever reason snack on something else, you are only burning that "extra" off and not trying to scramble for your whole meal.

I have really fallen in love with Caramel Rice Cakes with Peanut Butter on them, not super sweet, and the protein in the PB is awesome!
-
 I hope you take pictures, that is an awesome way to deliver the news!! So happy and excited for you!!
-
All of the above!! LOL But if I must choose it would be Better then Sex cake, which we call "Sex in a Pan"!!
-
Bump - curious to see the responses on this!

Like the others said - dont take it personal, men can unintentionally be unsensitive! Since my weight loss has started, my chest has shrunk considerably, and my soon to be husband said to me while I was changing " your right - you don't have much left, how are you going to feed babies with those"? Like really - that is not…
-
Sounds yummy!!

I just orderd some too, so I am curious as to what everyone suggests. I rerealy love peanut butter, so I may try mixing it with water as it suggests and even using it on toast, with sugar free jam!!

Yummy!!

Wow, good job that is amazing! Hard work really pays off!!

I wonder that same thing sometimes...be interested in the responses!

So a typical day you are Sedentary, which just gives you the base calories for the day. When you do your walking, add it to your diary as exercise, so that will give you the extra calories that you burned towards your amount for that day. Hope that makes sense.
-
As long as you are eating 1200 net calories, ( food eaten minus exercise) then you are good. Dont go below 1200 calories a day, puts your body into starvation mode. Good luck on the weightloss journey - this website is awesome!!
-
Sounds yummy - will have to give it a try!
-
Very good read - thanks!!
-
You are most likely running at a deficit already, from what your body burns from normal daily activities. So make sure that you are getting at least the minimum "net" 1200 calories.
-
Yes, eat them so that your net calories ( calories consumed minus exercise) does not go below 1200! I exercise so I can eat more
-
You are right it can be sooooo frustrating...but keep with it! It's so worth it! Try calorie cycling, by changing the amount from day to day, might trick your body into weightloss again or lIke the others said, switch up your workouts. Your are doing awesome - keep your chin up!!
-
So do the HRM's display the calories burned, or do you have to work it out from the average heart rate during exercise?
-
Curious to hear the answers on this post as well. I too am looking for one, but dont want to spend a fortune!
