Hi! Just wanted to introduce myself as I am too, a newbie to this!!
My name is Tara and I am 33 years old from Ponoka, Alberta
I joined because I have seen the amazing results this website has given my friend and she has truly become my inspiration!!
I have 2 daughters and a wonderful boyfriend that I want to get healthy and fit for and this has been my main motivation. I have lost 25 pounds since having my daughter in October and and looking to lose another 70!! I figure this would give me the support and push I need and help make me accountable!
So here I go....
