2,200 calories.
I finished today at 2,200 calories, which is way over my goal of 1,500. I couldn't stop myself from eating. I limited myself to clean foods all day and then around dinner time I had some cheese... then peanut butter... then a couple of protein bars... ice cream... chocolate. And I couldn't stop! I feel so out of control…

Just struggling...
After limiting myself to "clean" foods all day (i.e. vegetables and fruit..), I caved at dinner and had goat cheese and proceeded to binge on ice cream, peanut butter, greek yogurt and FOUR quest bars! Not healthy in the slightest.. I am so numb and so upset. Completing today at upwards of 2,500 calories.. I am so angry…

Am I eating too much?
I have a history with an eating disorder and tend to "save" my calories until the evening. Looking back on my diary I know that I am not eating that much, but it always feels like a lot. The guilt is the worst... I guess I'm just looking for reassurance.

Will Protein Make You Fat?
I know any excess calories lead to weight gain BUT if the calories come from protein sources rather than carbs, does weight gain still result? Does an abundance of protein lead to fat storage? I guess I'm just kind of lost when it comes to the molecular aspects of macros.

Feeling really guilty for my intake today :/
I went over my daily caloric "goal" and didn't get the chance to workout because of work.. AND it wasn't totally "clean..." I can't help but feeling guilty and lazy... Someone PLEASE reassure me that these thoughts aren't rational.:sad:

Cantaloupe
