Good foods to eat after a "binge?"

Last night I ate far too much (healthy foods, though! Vegetables, fruits, lean protein... etc.). But today I am so bloated from it all.

What are some good foods to have the day after a day of overeating?

Eat the foods you normally eat. Eat according to the goals you set up.

    Hi OP,

It looks like you actually hit your calorie goal last night, and your macros look pretty good, especially with protein. I wouldn't count what you did as a binge; just that you had some pretty well rounded meals yesterday . How are you doing in regards to your response the last time I posted in one of your threads? Everything going better/okay? :)

I'd be surprised if it's even possible to truly "binge" on whole foods.

How about you return to your regular diet and nutrient goals and not worry about it?

Yes, it's just as possible to binge on "healthy" food as it is on any food. There are just fewer calories involved... The behavior is still the same, and just as troubling.
