So, obviously you at least track your food on occasion. Are you a macro matcher? A calorie tracker? A carb counter? Something else? I log because it keeps me from eating junk. I ate crap on Sunday and the scale shows it. Sticking to fruit, veggies, meat and "safe starches" for the next 6 weeks. I have my fitness test sometime in June and I NEED to pass it.
