Hi all! Just a quick question... I just started yesterday and am wondering what/if any additional lifts you incorporate into the standard A and B workouts? Do you also do arm work such as triceps or biceps? Do any of you run or do any HIIT training a couple days per week? Thanks! Brandi ????

Hey all :) I'm currently working on New Rules of Lifting but I've got a problem with lunges. I have a screw through my big toe (pretty lame, huh?!) So my toe doesn't bend...which can make lunges pretty damn uncomfortable! Anyone know of a substitute for them?
