Hey :)

Ok, so I'm almost done reading NROL4W and am getting ready to start. I'll be doing this at home and am feeling very intimidated! Any pointers? Anybody else doing this from home? I am so nervous but really excited!! I have about 10-12 lbs I'd like to still lose but mote than anything I want to see "fit" changes in my body! Any advice would help & friends are always welcome!

There is an active NRL4W group on MFP. Join it! There is a daily chat thread and a thread for each stage. They are super-helpful for finding like-minded friends and getting the support and encouragement you need to stay the course...it is a long program! Feel free to add me...I'm in stage 3. I don't do it at home but you'll find others who do in the group. Best of luck to you!

I just started as well and I'm liking it! I've definitely seen a difference in my body in just 3 weeks! Some pointers after looking at your diary is that you need to eat more. There are a lot of days the you have tons of calories left over and you need fuel to start lifting heavy. I've actually started to eat at my maintenance level since I started lifting (which is around 2100 calories). Feel free to add me as a friend if you want:)

I am on workout A3-- about to go to the gym!

It is do-able from home as long as you have some pretty heavy weights. It has stalled my weightloss (even though I am eating at a deficit) but I feel much stronger and I can already feel muscles in places I didn't know I had! I am still working out my kinks, but feel free to add me.
