Can diet soda count as water???
I drink about 3 diet sodas a day.........can any of them count as water cosumed? Also, what about sugar free kool aid/ tea???

Diet Soda, Crystal Light, Sugar Free Koolaid......
Of these, how are any better than the others?????? I tried Crystal Light Pure tonight, but it has 30 calories in it per 16 oz. :( Currently I drink at least a 6 pack a day of diet Mt. Dew... I calculated my zig zagging calories, and they are much higher than mfp recommends.........what should I do? They are higher by about 300 calories.......

What about Sparkling Water?
So, is sparkling water ok? The kind that is not artificially sweetened, maybe just some fruit or something. I think that would be easier to switch to from diet soda.......

Sugar free koolaid vs. Crystal light
So, are sugar free koolaid and crystal light basically the same thing? Since diet soda, crystal light, and sugar free koolaid all have unnatural sweeteners, how is one better than the others?

Do the TYPE of calories count?
So, does it matter on what type of food you consume your calories? Like, veggies vs. ice cream? Or is it just that you consume your calories, and no more. ?????

Splenda vs. Saccharin?
I have heard terrible things about Saccharin.........is splenda better, and "ok" to have since it's a derivitive of actual sugar???

Under calories, over fat?
I am under my calorie goal, but like 28 grams over on fat!!! Can I still lose this way???

Late night eating?
Since I learned that you should eat your excersize calories, I am going to start to do that. Does it matter what time of day you eat? For example, an hour before bed? I went to the gym the last thing of the day and saw I needed to eat some calories, so I had about a 235 calorie snack. Is it best to not do this at night??…

calories burned on elliptical correct?
Hi. Currently I am doing 40 minutes on the eliiptical machine doing a program of hills and valleys....at the end of the workout, the machine says I have burned about 700 calories.
