So, is sparkling water ok? The kind that is not artificially sweetened, maybe just some fruit or something. I think that would be easier to switch to from diet soda.......

I switched from diet soda/soft drink to sparkling water. Worked for me. Also try tonic water-very low cal-great mixer for vodka with a squeeze of lemon or lime (yum!)0

I think so. What can be wrong with just carbonated water?0

I drink it all the time. The kind I buy has zero everything. The only thing they really put is in citric acid or whatever flavor and then carbonate it. So, I think it has the same everything as water. I use it as an alternative when I really want soda, and it's a lot better in taste if you get good flavors. My favorite is black cherry!0

Perrier Lime or Lemon, with extra lemon slices. Also - plain with orange slices. It's what got me off sodas, crystal light and other artificially flavored waters and drinks. I also splurge on green tea lemonade at starbucks (with no sweetener).
6 months soda free. It was easier to quit smoking.0 -
Is all good, i love it it. I even put it in a wine glass some nights. If no flavor etc is fine, just got to watch you put in it. Just lemon wedge is fine.0
