My dream. My goal
I want to train for a figure competition. However, it takes $$$$$. Trainer, suit, sandals, tan, makeup, etc. I go to various websites to look at what it will take to do it. I have the desire, the drive and the commitment to do it. Time to save the money. I would love to hear about your goals and your dreams.

Muffin tins are not just for making muffins and cupcakes

But we could do that with anything. I did it with a zucchini cake this summer. I even got alot more servings out of the recipe. The cake…

how do you walk?
While walking down the street, do you look down at the ground or look straight ahead? Looking straight ahead, shoulders back and down, chest proud and belly button drawn into the spine will give you a great core workout. AND, making eye contact with even one person and smiling at them could be the only smile of their day.…
