What are your SMART goals?

Happy New Year MFP. I know there are alot of resolutions made. What are your SMART goals....Specific-Measurable-Action based-Realistic-Timely

I have set a goal to do the ab roller 25 times. I am currently up to 15. I had a trainer watch me do it to make sure I did them right with good form. When I get there, I will set another number for my goal. (being realistic and don't want to overwhelm myself or disppoint myself if I don't reach a higher number than 25) Also, I want to do an unassisted pullup and tricep dip. One is my goal and will go from there.

    1. Do steroids 3 times this year
    2. Bench 350
    3. Squat 500
    4. Dead-Lift 550
    5. OHP 225
